Step 1

Add Food Scraps

Simply place your fruit, vegetable peels, coffee grounds, and other compostable scraps into the Ceres Cycle appliance.

Step 2

Smart Composting

Ceres Cycle uses heat, aeration, and sensors to grind and dehydrate food waste quickly and efficiently.

Step 3

Harvest Ceres Soil

In just a few hours, your scraps are transformed into compact, odorless, pre-compost material we call Ceres Soil.

Step 4

Use or Store

Ceres Soil can be added to your compost pile or contributed to your local composting program.

Fruit & Vegetable Scraps

Fruit and veggie scraps, peels, and stems are ideal additions to your Ceres Cycle. These nutrient-rich materials break down easily and help to create a balanced compost mix.

Natural Food Waste

Food waste including coffee grounds, tea bags, cooked rice, pasta, oats , stale bread, tortilla scraps, beans, corn cobs, and egg shells add essential nutrients for healthy compost.

Meat & Fish Scraps

Proteins, leftover meat, and fish scraps can be added. Small amounts of uncooked proteins can be added if chopped into small chunks.

Meat & Fish Bones

Small bones are fine, but avoid adding large or dense bones, as they can jam the machine and reduce performance.

Pet Waste

Do not add any pet waste to Ceres Cycle as it can contain harmful pathogens.

Inorganic Materials

Manmade materials such as metal or plastic will not breakdown in compost and should be avoided.
